Three Peak Central Cottage, Settle, 3Bed 2Bath

Positive: Lovely cottage, comfortable clean great location short walk to shops, restaurants and pubs.

Great location and cosy welcoming cottage which could do with a bed upgrade Positive: The location was perfect, we arrived by train and it is just 10 mins walk from the station. The lounge and kitchen area was perfect for our group of 4 people. The cottage was warm and very clean. It felt well prepared and there was a clear information folder with details about the heating, the wifi and tv. The bedding was clean, there were plenty of towels and it is great to have shower gel and shampoo in both showers. The views from the top room are fantastic. Negative: The beds were not very comfortable as they are mattresses on metal frames so there was a lack of support. The twin beds in particular felt a bit unstable and creaked a lot! It would also be better to have a larger double in the attic and put a single in the first floor room as the double made it very cosy, with little storage room. The ensuite in the attic has a very low and potentially dangerous ceiling beams, it is very easy to hit your head and the guests using this were not tall people and still bumped their heads

Lovely 2 night stay while competing in the Yorkshire 3 Peaks Positive: The location was lovely - in a quite little town. We found it easy to find parking nearby only a minute or two from the property. We chose the property as we wanted a nice, cosy and comfortable space to come back to after doing the Yorkshire 3 Peaks. we each had a bedroom that accommodated us perfectly. The host checked in with us to ensure everything was okay also. Negative: N/A

Nice accommodation very central Positive: Really comfy beds, great toys for kids and amazing view from top floor Negative: The lack of space - it does look a lot bigger in the pictures. Also the shower on second floor did not get hot and the heating only worked for a few hours looks like it was on a timer

Lovely base for exploring the Yorkshire Dales Positive: Beautiful location with good parking options. The cottage is well equipped, comfortable property. Amazing views from main bedroom
