Queen's Cottage Barrowford

Quiet, comfortable and good location. Positive: Property easy to find, (I took local transport to get to the location). The property was well appointed, quiet and comfortable. Also very close to Booths and local amenities, park, restaurants, shops and the Pendle Heritage Centre. It met my expectations and seemed good value for money. Negative: One or two things which didn't work in the bathroom - bathroom plugs in basin and bath? It would also have been convenient if a hairdryer could have been supplied.

Positive: It was very easy to get to the location and I had the code before I get to property. We did enjoyed our time there my kids loved it very much the was so excited.

Lovely stay Positive: Very comfortable beds. Very clean and in a great location Negative: The blind in the smaller bedroom was broken, so for the first night, my son had to sleep with it up, which was annoying as it let all the light in. When i informed booking.com, they said a part had been ordered, but it really should have been fixed before we arrived as there was a guest due to sleep in the room. They did confirm by text we could cut the strings so the blind could come down. We were also expecting a double bed not bunk beds so I feel your picture's need updating. Toilet seemed to fill with water every 15/20 minutes which was annoying during the night.

Cosy and convenient Positive: Clean, comfortable and well equipped. Lovely comfy beds. Convenient for local shops and facilities. On street parking outside/close by. Lots of communication from hosts. Negative: N/A
