Positive: Everything we needed in the kitchen like utensils & cleaning products was provided & the views are amazing Negative: Going home 😔

Comfortable, clean and excellent location Positive: Excellent location, comfortable and very clean. Negative: A lot of information before arriving was slightly overwhelming receiving lots of emails and texts.

Positive: Location was fantastic for what we needed. We had a family wedding in Clitheroe and it was a great location to there. My little boy absolutely loved waking up to the lake views every morning. The free Wifi was a bonus. Can't fault the host in anyway. She was in constant communication with us and nothing seemed to be too much. Negative: Can't fault anything.

We had a very cosy, comfortable stay overall and found the location very handy for our needs. Positive: The lodge was very clean and tastefully decorated, with thoughtful touches like a warm blanket to throw over knees in the living room. It had everything you are likely to need. I particularly liked the blinds in the living room which offered privacy, but could also be pulled to look like shutters and let in some more light. The layout was good, and just about everything worked. Negative: We could not find a way to switch on the electric fire. The light came on and it flickered like a fire, but there was no heat coming from it. We suspected that part had been disconnected for some reason. .The cutlery was not completely clean. I suggest the cleaners who come in after occupancy should check this, as leaving the cleaning of used items such as these to guests under time pressure to leave on time is a bit hit or miss. .There was a slight dip in the centre of the double bed.

Positive: 5☆ location, scenic views,very well maintained lodge,comfortable beds + main bathroom & ensuite bathroom,a very well equipped kitchen & the living room was very spacious. Negative: Nothing at all
