We had a wonderful stay, we all said we felt very relaxed and enjoyed ourselves
Positive: Styling, location, very comfortable with comfy beds, everything there that we needed

Suited our needs perfectly
Positive: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay although, as we were attending a family wedding, we were not in the property very much. However it was in excellent order; very clean and tidy with everything we needed.
We would recommend the cottage and are even considering booking again to explore the beautiful Lancashire countryside

Our stay was not good due to no heating or hot water. Donna called us on the day we left offering some money back to com

Negative: No heat on 1st night, no hot water for the entire stay. Couldn’t contact Donna through the reservation system, messages and emails kept bouncing back.
