The Milan Suite at Moat House

Positive: It's a nicely decorated and set out place Negative: The bed was awful. The mattress was extremely poor

Top quality venue Positive: Overall decor and finish was a very high standard - access was very easy too - obviously well thought out for the limited space they had available to work with. Negative: There was nothing I didn't like - just a couple of 'constructive' comments (not criticisms) - Milan suite could have done with a small shelf in the bathroom for toiletries. As there was no space for a bedside cabinet, maybe a small folding shelf on the wall by the bed and a nearer usb electric socket for phone and watch charging would be useful. The only other comment was squeaky floorboards.

This was a pleasant and comfortable place to stay. Positive: It was clean, had everything I needed, and close to local shops etc. The bed was comfortable and the space was great for one person. Negative: There was nothing I didn’t like but the bed would have been on the small side potentially for 2 people. I was travelling alone on this occasion so it was fine for me. The owner had already checked this out with me which was helpful.

Positive: The room was nice Negative: The bed was not comfortable me and my partner had a reaction to something in the bedding so didn't even stay the night was refused a part refund

Fantastic property…..very clean and everything you could ask for Positive: Clean and all available facilities - superb! Negative: Car parking was sometimes a struggle
