Nice place- excessive cleaning fees and early check out
We stayed here to visit friends close by. Initial price of room was fair but the £40 cleaning fee seemed excessive, particularly for a 1 night stay.
10am check out is also unnecessarily early as 11am is the industry norm.
A reminder email at 9pm about the check out time was also unnecessary and felt pushy.

Quality apartment
Positive: Compact but very well designed. Quality interior.
Good communication
Negative: Felt a bit like a showroom so couldn’t fully relax for fear of making a small mark on something. However host seemed happy that we followed their list of visitor cleanliness requirements. I do understand their desire to keep it spotless.

Exceptional apartment. Modern furnishings

Negative: There was only a small double bed for me and my friend but it was really my fault as I booked then asked my friend to come along and by that time there were no twin bed apartments. available
