Lovely stay
Positive: Lovely modern apartment close to centre of Rawtenstall .

The Moat House.
Positive: Quality of the facilities was exceptional.
Everthing you need for a great stay was supplied. Central location made it easy to walk to supermarkets, restaurants, shops and bars. Parking available in a vacant lot next door.

Negative: The fact the owner came into the room after I payed for a late check in and made me feel extremely uncomfortable

Great location great room.
Positive: Location was perfect. The room was nicely decorated. The kitchen was nice to decorated and the bathroom itself was lovely.
Negative: The floorboards from upstairs crate so every time someone walked around you heard a third Creek Creek someone woke up upstairs at 3:30 every night while we were there making noise walking around opening doors so we didn’t get much sleep.
When it’s a full house, the hot water runs out after so many washes and we must’ve been the last as our shower was cold the first morning so I couldn’t get a shower.
